Prices and Terms
Payment is made in advance on a monthly basis
We use the secure online payment service WayforPay (https://wayforpay.com/en) for all transactions. Please note that a 2% service fee is applied by the payment provider.
Missed Lessons / Make-up Lessons:
If you need to miss a lesson on the same day, you must inform us by 10:00 AM. However, it is always preferable to notify us with as much time in advance as possible. A lesson with prior notice can be rescheduled to a time outside the regular timetable. A lesson without sufficient notice will not be rescheduled and will be considered as attended.
We work with students on a long-term basis
And look for individuals who are interested in a long-term education. In a year, you can make significant progress on your instrument, but you will still be a beginner — but a confident one. Some of our students have been with us for over six years, and we deeply appreciate this commitment. However, you will arrive at a point where we can help you to “sail on your own.”

On public holidays, we take a break and enjoy life. Lessons will not be held on these days.
You and your instructor can choose a time for holiday leave during June and July. It is important to agree on and set specific dates for lesson cancellations in advance. We recommend not taking more than one month off.
We work without extended breaks, except for public holidays. If you have one lesson per week for a particular subject, it’s important to make up for any missed lessons. Ideally, these should be arranged in advance.
